The graphene was invented by a group of scientist at Stanford university.They invented graphene using sticky tape and pencil dust,they spread the pencil dust over sticky tape and dipped in a solution to remove extra layers of graphite, making it into a single atomic layer.They thought that the single layer of graphite would be chemically unstable but when they tested their sample they just realised that they made a marvellous invention that would take present day technology a step further and the scientists who made it won a Nobel prize.
