PLANTATION BUSINESS LICENSE (IUP)

Business license of plantation is the written permission from governor that must be owned by a company that doing the business of cultivation of plantation and integrated with plantation industry business.

 Regulation :
1. Agriculture minister regulation number 26 / permetan / OT.140 / 2 / 2007 about plantation business licensing guidelines.
2. Aceh provincial governor decision No. 06 year 2004 about plantation business licensing guidelines.
