Sweet Egg custard maybe the best word for asoekaya, and from the wrapped leaves I can tell that it's not the finest leaves like pusang wak or kepok or pusang ayam leaves, a bit darker 😊 well you should mentioned about the filling of timphan, it's not just sweet egg custard or egg jam. But also sweetened coconut shred right?

yes the color of leaves that wraps this timphan is a bit dark, because it uses the leaves of banana "Taloon". this photo I took home my brother when eid al-fitr ago. and thanks for the suggestion bang @dipoabasch for asoe kaya pronunciation in English sweet egg custard
