Bitcoin Indonesia Changed Its Name To Indodax

Bitcoin Indonesia will be renamed Indodax, an extension of Indonesia Digital Asset Exchange per Wednesday, March 14, 2018. The website address will also be changed to Indodax.com starting Monday, March 26, 2018. Currently, the website is still accessible through Bitcoin.co address .id.

Based on the description of CEO of Bitcoin Indonesia, Oscar Darmawan, this name change aims to improve service and support more to various digital assets. Nothing has changed in terms of company structure or transaction from Bitcoin.co.id member. All operations run normally as usual.

In addition to the change of name and website, on March 14, 2018 the Bitcoin.co.id logo will change to a combination of Indodax and Bitcoin.co.id logo. Furthermore, on March 14-25, 2018 the website address will be accessed through bitcoin.co.id address. Then, on March 26, 2018 the website address will change to Indodax.com.

After the change of domain address is complete, Bitcoin.co.id address can still be opened and will be transferred to Indodax.com. Meanwhile, Mobile app Ditet Bitcoin and Bitcoin.co.id Trading Platform can still be used as usual. Bitcoin party will notify you if the name of the application has changed.

For developers using APIs, the bitcoin.com domain endpoint address for API access can be used onward. However, Bitcoin strongly recommends moving the API endpoint to the new domain (after March 26, 2018).
