in #aceh8 years ago (edited)

Good day guys, today i want to share one of my favourite recipes that you may try as a dish for your lunch. Well, it’s a dish cooked from octopus. So, if you like very much like Tomyam, Curry, so I think this dish called, “gulai” can be equal. “Gulai” comes from Acehnese food which the tastes can be very good too if we enjoy it with rice. Morover, if you want to enjoy it like in winter or rainy season, it gonna be incredibly amazing. When Iwas in Australia, most of my friends there, Australian, also love it very much in our potluck dinner.
On this occasion, I’d like share the octopus gulai recipe , accompanied by the instructions as well.
Ingredients:

  1. Garlic, onion, red chilies, birds’ eye chilies (if you love spich taste that can substituted with pepper), garlic, and asam sunti (dried small sour strafruit). However if you cant find the dried ones, you may choose the fresh ones. If you lived in western country, you can buy the canned starfruit in Asian Groceries, it gonna be great too. All those ingredients are blended altogether.
