Before The Diet Begins - My Actifit Report Card: July 8 2019

This is my first Actifit post! Although, it contains my yesterday's daily activities, it's important one for me as I made yesterday all needed preparations for the beginning of my 40 days diet period.

I want to shape myself for the wedding of my youngest son at the end of August, and therefore this diet was necessary and unavoidable.

While from one side, I am quite excited about it, on the other hand, I am also quite scared not knowing how it would end up and will I succeed to achieve my goal.
