My Actifit Report Card: August 17 2018
Have just prepared a shake after a workout. Delicious stuff, I can recommend it to all of you after any activity. It includes one banana, a milk, two ice cubes and a cottage cheese. All blended. It does not looks like a smoothie you get used to see in the “Instagram” spp world, but I love it! Bye!
