My Actifit Report Card: February 1 2020
Change of routine for a Saturday, went out for a walk first thing down to Crossgates and called for a coffee at Costa. Walked around the centre and picked up some shopping before walking home. Out for a family visit then back home. Cleaned kitchen this evening
