My Actifit Report Card: January 17 2020
Ha pasado muchisimo tiempo desde mi ultima publicacion Diaria de actividad fisica, me habia encontrado bastante ocupado y no habia podido retomar estas publicaciones, hoy porfin tuve ya algo de tiempo y me active denuevo, despues de salir de trabajar sali a dar una vuelta por el lugar donde vivo pasando por la plaza de mercado y luego regrese a casa.
Espero poder volver a realizar ejercicio con mayor intensidad ya que solo caminar no basta.
