A cool blurred and wet 3.8kms. My exercise is absolutely better... but my anxiety and Achilles heels are still appealing dicey. More addition required!
Also chucked in some acropolis sprints. 4 x 30 additional sprints with a 4 minute 30 additional blow in between... so you can dart a abounding speed.
