Funny how often winter turns us into sloths (of sorts!). Even when I was pretty serious about running it was still super hard to find motivation to go out there on train on a blustery rainy day.
It was a big reason for the decision to leave the UK, each winter felt worse and worse!
I actually think even further south to somewhere temperate all year around would be ideal, but there is also a reason or two to stay not too far away from 'home'.
