My Actifit Report Card: January 30 2020

Yesterday was a very active day. It all started with my return to work outs. I woke up early and went to my new running path. And it was all ok, it's nice, it's fluid and I barely had to stop in the traffic lights.

I just ran 6 k because I didn't woke up early enough. So I had to make a little shorter the work out. On Saturday or Sunday I'll be running a little longer, maybe up to Chapultepec a very nice a big park near the neighborhood.

In the afternoon I took out Penny Lane, our dog, to a walk. We went to a park with a big fountain and she seems to enjoy it.
