My Actifit Report Card: February 7 2020

It's Friday and I've been stuck in the house due to the fog and cold. Did try a wee walk for about 2 miles then called it quits.
😿

Had planned on doing weights at home but its that horrible high humidity feeling here and that makes me feel sick. My sinuses feel like a swimming pool in it.😵

Alas, nothing much else to report.
