Vegan diet Day 5 (My Actifit Report Card: November 1 2019)
Today was a very active day if I may say so myself!
I started with a morning WOD focused on my legs! Ouch I tell you, ouch!
I continued with work throughout the afternoon and even found some strength to go and shoot some hoops. Just some shooting, no crazy stuff. I definitely felt my legs but it's important to shoot even if your tired. That's good practice for a 4th quarter situation when you actually need it in a game.
At home I took some steem of by watching some movies.. and a late night snack!
And ofcourse got my steps!
