2 kids in within 11 months!

Today evening one Omani lady patient came with itching in whole body. She is in 7th day of puerperal period means immediate post delivery stage. Itch is not significant about the patient. The important thing is her immediate elder kids age is only 11 months. Means she became pregnant within 2 month of prior delivery. This phenomenon was quite common in the past but quite rare in this modern era while various kind of contraceptive methods are out there.
