Hit the stair climber today. I prefer to climb with all of my body weight under me, my back straight. I feel like I'm a step or 2 slower than the person next to me. But I feel the burn in my legs and my heart rate is elevated right where I need it for fat burn / aerobic activity.

Hi @jaymonte, I have some suggestions to improve the quality of your report:
1.- Accompany your publication with some photos of the activities you have done, this will give greater credibility to your actifit report.
2.- Be more clear with your activities, provide more details of them, that will help you to understand much better your report actifit.
