My Actifit Report Card: May 31, 2024

Yesterday I logged 9,787 steps on @actifit, just a few hundred steps short of my daily 10K step goal. I spent the day down visiting my parents. My nieces and nephews were over so most of my steps were logged in the backyard, running around, playing wiffle ball and towing the kids around in a little wagon. Overall it was a good day. I enjoyed a nice espresso martini on the porch with liquor that I got from my brother for my birthday. Above is a photo of that endeavor.
