My Actifit Report Card: March 29 2019

I took a night shift at the hospital work through yesterday to today, I decided to volunteer to take another two hours of work at the reanimattion unit where patients health are at critical state and they need constant care every minute. With such in mind I open to my actifit fitness tracker to record and track my count in the unit as I go about my work

I did just two hours at the reanimation ward it was time for me to head back home as I went out the hospital get to a taxi but there was non available I walked down the streets of Bamenda my count were recorded together with my daily activities I was able to come up with that record... All thanks to actifit fitness tracker for this amazing app it does not only helps me to make good counts it does great work for me maintaining my fitness as you can on the picture above.
