Health is wealth. If you want healthy life everyday walking & running. It is help to be a physical fitness. Always try keep your physical fitness. Over weight is a harmful for every human body. Try to avoid fast food. It is harmful. If you have fast food please walking & walking and release your colestorol. Importance of walking try to always feel.

I am making 600 cardio(skipping) in one set on everyday morning, that more profitable than just walking..
