My Actifit Report Card: November 15 2018

I’m on a hot streak, officially!

10k is now the daily standard for me. It’s not too hard, but still enough that I feel the challenge!

Are you on actifit yet, if so, how are you keeping your numbers up? I’ve been running a lot more!!

p.s. I'm working on a new chart for tracking my daily lifting and eating habits. I should have something that's a big improvement by tomorrow!

      Hmm I’m not sure what you mean? Do you mean the actifit report for the activity for the day? If so, then yes, it’s very accurate!

        Ahhh yes, in that case then it’s totally accurate.

        Right now the app tracks steps you take by using your phone (as long as it has a valid SIM card). Just make sure you hit the minimum of 5k steps per day, then make sure you post from within the app using the “post to steemit” button and you’re all set!! Each post you make will earn you AFIT tokens as well as an @actifit upvote dependent upon a few different factors like accumulated AFIT tokens, delegation to actifit, etc etc.

        I highly recommend it! I think Actifit is one of the best DApps on the Steem blockchain right now. It seamlessly integrates into your lifestyle and doesn’t require a whole lot of extra work on your part — which is absolutely the key to adoption in the future!
