How to improve your days scoring on actifit!
Hi everyone ! Today, as you see, I started to improve my actifit scoring. So the secret is to put a minimum steps that you should force to reach: no pain no gain ! You could fix 10000 to get a good reward, motivation is always important. Then you can add some daily extra steps, about 50 for example, just by walking around in your room.
