Another day another run — fell asleep so forgot to post Actifit

Tuesday has been a great day!! Jumped up 26 places in the @actifit top 500 and my new rank is now 304. Whoop whoop making tracks!! And thought I had a bad week last week, I guess so did everyone else!
Quick 5km Run
Not a bad performance from my side. A solo run for once instead of pram running. Average of 8.5 minutes per km. Not my best but not my worst either! Not bad considering it's probably my 6th run post birth. Will be back to my old speed in no time hopefully!!
