My Actifit Report Card: September 18 2019
It's actifit time again, so that means I should have a good meal to go along with it. Tonight's special was a beef bulgogi plate with rice, cucumber, ground beef, carrots and a spicy sauce to top it off. Starting my morning off I went out to do some deliveries for the day yet I got nothing the entire time despite my area being busy. After a couple of hours and grabbing lunch, I just decided to call it a day instead.
As promised, here is the training schedule I had come across. Now, I'm nowhere near hitting and sustaining these times so trying to do this isn't possible for me just yet. To sort of resolve that, I shifted the times a bit lower than what my average paces are right now.
While I was supposed to work on getting my time down, I ended up sustaining it instead. This was sort of a makeup day of running since I was unable to last night. I'm not sure if I'll follow the Thursday plan or replace it with an easy run and do that exercise on friday.
Here's the general overview of my stats. This week I'm pushing for at least 2 miles of running straight. I did that tonight with a time of 14 minutes and 40 seconds. Given some interval training I might be able to knock down my 7:20 average.
