Si continua con il mio programma di allenamento per tornare ad essere un runner, perlomeno accettabile. Ancora una volta ho fatto 3 minuti di cammino e 4 minuti di corsa ripetuti per 6 volte. Ma non si molla un millimetro avanti tutta!
