Walked around Stillwater Cove, in Sonoma County CA....gorgeous! :)
I used to walk over 6k steps a day regularly...and now I’m trying to get back on track. I read a little on exercise in a Time magazine special, and it has encouraged me to get back to walking.
Sonoma Coast Overlook, Vista Trail in Jenner, CA. Foggy but the sun was still coming through.
