The day started with jogging and running a distance of 2 km and then exercise.....today I have done yoga to keep my mind calm....it felt me better....after this I played cricket.....today I score a fastest fifty in 12 balls it was a great match we won......my exercise didn't end up here ........today wherever I went I use my cycle.......I am also not eating junk food to keep me healthy
