I got another three mile run in with my daughter today! It finally feels like we are gaining some momentum! We are slowly working up her endurance to eventually run the whole way. She hasn’t really run much so this is a good start for her and I think she has some potential.
I also got a mile walk in at work so I am feeling happily tired right now.
