The FIVE Tibetan Rites : The Fountain of Youth

The Five Tibetan Rites, referred as The Fountain Of Youth is a system of exercises believed to be more than 2,500 years old which were originated in India. The Rites are said to be a form of Tibetan yoga similar to the yoga series that originated in India.

According to the Tibetan lamas, the only difference between Youth & Old is the spin rate of the chakras also called body's 7 major energy centres or in English could be called Vortexes. These are kind of magnetic centres and revolve at great speed in the healthy body, but slows down in old age/ill health.

The Five Tibetan Rites help spin the energy centres normally again and activate the body chakras to regain youth, health and vitality. They are five simple exercises and any one of them alone is helpful but all five are required to get the best results. These five exercises are not really exercises at all, the Lamas called them Rites and hence its referred as Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth.

An ancient yoga practice that consists of a sequence of five exercises performed 21 times/pose. Begin with just three repetitions per day for the first week & then increase repetitions by just two more per week till you are doing the required 21 repetitions in around 10 weeks. The complete program will eventually take you between 10 to 15 minutes per day.

Please DO NOT perform more than 21 repetitions for any pose, not advisable.

The Five Tibetan Rites has multiple physical, mental, and spiritual benefits. Due to these benefits, the Five Tibetan Rites are traditionally known as the “Fountain of Youth.”

I have been doing these rites for more than 3 years now regularly and have benefitted a lot in terms of being fit & energetic, improved strength & concentration and worth to mention feeling younger !

These are easy poses and one can have fun doing these and can immediately experience boost in the energy level after performing the rites. Here is the video of "How To Do " these poses in the right manner for the best results.
