My Actifit Report Card: November 20 2019

I got back to my old max of 105 on bench today, which is good. I might have been able to progress if I tried, but I really didn’t want to and need to focus more on endurance. My abs hurt like hell, but eh, no pain no gain right? Gonna go tomorrow for them gainz.
