When I used to run or ride my bike really long and hard, I noticed that I would get hungry a lot.
Interestingly, pacing around the house or playing disc golf doesn't seem to make me eat as much. This is a good thing because getting in the habit of eating a lot can pack on the pounds if you have to slow down your activity for a bit. Hopefully you won't get stuck in some positive feedback loop like I did over the food pictures and exercise, LOL. :D

I can understand about being hungry.....I just came back from a long hike 6.8 Miles and 84 uphill floors just now and I am ravenous Lol!!!🙄
