✴️ JUST DO IT MONDAYS! 💪🏼🙌🏼💯
Just finishing off the “Typical Basic Monday workout” once again. Nothing really changed in my workout routine for more than a year.
It’s basically the simple “get in” and “get out” ASAP kinda action. 🏋🏼♂️
I only do full body workouts these days... nothing special. All you have to do to get real good results is to lift heavy shit with high intensity. That’s basically it. 🤷🏼♂️ 🤣
Well only 2800+ Steps so far. It’s better than nothing. 😉
Next workout will be in a few days from now. Like I said 100’s times before, I don’t waste my life working out... only 2 hours a week or 8 hour a month.. Total. Keepin’ it simple! 😀

I recently decided to change from Orangetheory to Crossfit. With my volleyball schedule, the switch should help build strength. How are the abs coming along?
I found out that I’m to old for abs, I would have to live in the gym 5-6 days a week 😂

Too old for abs? No one lives in the gym for abs, silly goose. Abs are made in the kitchen, where you at on your nutrition?
