My Actifit Report Card: November 17 2019

今晚到外面运动了一会。当然，我没忘记打开计步器。
大概跑了一个小时多步。中途停下来休息一会。总休上还是状态很好。
换作以前，根本没办法跑这么久。也许50步就无法继续了。
以一步0.7米来计算。今晚跑不到4公里，随然有些吃力，但总的来说比较好的开始。
刚刚还在想要不要发出来挣点币。也许不发白不发。发书可能还真有点赞
