Chest Training day on gym, Routine: pec fly machine, incline pec dumbell press, lower cable cross over, médium cable cross over, one arm machine press, horizontal chest press, peck deck, seated chest press, lateral side one arm chest press, and abdomen. Also i want to share some pictures from my last visit to the museum:
