My Actifit Report Card: October 31 2018

This is my another experience with Actifit Fitness Tracker.

Regular walks in the fresh air enhance health and improve well-being.

The World Health Organization recommends a daily 40-minute (~ 8000 steps walk) exercise.

Today I was at university. After my classes, I went to the Bosphorus shore and was walking there.
