Getting Fit for Steem Fest with Actifit and Blocktrades Report Card: July 14 2019

Today weather was beautiful like spring.i got up early in the morning went for walk and completed first 10k before Am.
Then after one hours I went on bike to picnic with friends.
We did cooking and enjoyed .but in midday weather started hot we stayed .and cooked then I went to friend who was ill. Then I went for shop then came back at home.
In evening time after 8:30pm again I started my walk and completed my over 20k.
Today weekend was great enjoyed alot.now I came back home and posting my report.and sleepy also.

after completing my 10k before am, it was great effort , but as i said in my last post today my plan was long walk, but my friends requested to me that they wana go to chashma barriage , i join them so i canceled my long walk, and i took my bike and went to them, and we went to river indus chashma barraige , we enjoyed there very much.

i also recorded videos so i will upload to my dtube channle,, now i am very much sleepy , and wana go to bed after offering my aysha namaz.
