Resep Dapurku Ayam Bakar
Hello steemian jumpa lagi bersama saya @nabila28 kali ini saya ingin berbagi cara ala dapurku yaitu tentang ayam bakar yang enak dan nikmat

Langsung saja.
Resep :
2 ekor ikan nila ukuran sedang
1 buah jeruk nipis
1 sdt Garam
Kecap secukupnya
Kaldu bubuk,garam secukupnya
Bumbu halus :
7 siung bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
2 butir kemiri (sangrai)
5 buah cabai merah
1 sdt ketumbar bubuk
1 cm jahe
Cara buat :
1.cuci bersih ikan, lumuri dengan air perasan jeruk nipis dan garam. Simpan dalam kulkas 20 menit, Lalu cuci kembali.
2.tumis bumbu halus sampai matang beri kaldu bubuk matikan api lalu masukan kecap manis.
3.olesi bumbu ke seluruh permukaan ikan sampai merata, lalu bakar bulak balik sampai ikan matang, lakukan sampai bumbu habis
Note : cabai dan kecap bisa ditambah sesuai selera.
