What are you doing to be fit

Today, I resumed my walking routine after a gap of 3 months. 😃

And, it truly felt like heaven...😇

I used to walk 10-12 Kms every single day before lockdown.

But, today I walked 4.5 Kms. 💪

I know I'm going to increase it day by day and soon it will return to walking 10-12 Kms a day.

And, then an equal amount of running maybe

But, it's not how much I walked or how much will I be walking, it's more about how contented, how elated and how refreshed I felt after doing this small exercise.

It's not always about numbers or records, it's also about the internal feeling of happiness and contentment that you get after doing an activity of your choice.
