RE: A RESPONSE TO THE REQUEST OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN GOVERNMENT PROPOSED BY ADSACTLY: PART #26 AND #27
AI is not there yet but I think it is closer than most realize. The DWave quantum computer is just missing that one litte piece of the pie. I don’t believe that AI will ever have human qualities but will have more of a cosmic indifference when it comes to dealing with others. If cern can find the missing photon with the collider I believe the singularity will happen. When that does happen AI will still need a human to help it keep the power on for a short while. We are only a short time away from people being ready to trust everything to an AI. 5G is a necessary component to getting us there.
I agree with you though, with quantum computing and unrest research being sponsored by the TECH giants may help the generations to come getting close to it, but it takes generations for new things to emerge.
This is a little different question. If you were in a 5G wired city and you had the choice to take a driverless Uber for half price or a traditional Uber for full price, which one would you choose?
definitely the second one
and why would that be so? you do not have confidence in AI?
we are not there yet.
