SELF SUSTAINANCE.

We are the solution to our own problem, not the governments. Heaven help those who help themselves. The governments are only responsible for the macro project while we are to take care of the micro. If we could apply this method, believe me, nobody will lack food because it is the road to self sustainance.

Now  let me go straight to the point. We are in the era of uncertain economy with high rate of hunger everywhere and people devising all means to survive. 

The solution to kill hunger is through self sufficiency. The solution not to suffer uncertain economy is self sufficiency. 

We need to engage ourselves in farming. Subsistence farming is okay, you can even expand it in a commercial way, this is self sustainance. Get to plant fruits, make gardens and have poutry or livestocks with you in your compound and you shall see that, you can never be hungry. For example, a person who has fruits such as orange, quaver, grape, apple, coacoa, coconut, mango, pears etc in his or her compound can never lack these fruits.
A person who has poultry such as local fowls, turkeys, layers, broilers etc can never lack poultry meat, this is self sustainance.
A person who has livestocks such as pigs, goats, cats, fishes, dogs etc can never lack.
A person who has a garden and plants things like: plantain, banana, vegetables, yam, pepper, okra, etc can never lack.
Instead of lacking, such person will be given out to others, such person can even be making money from them, this is what we call self sustainance, it is self reliance.

What I just wrote can be given one name and it is called homesteading. The best practice to ensure self sufficiency. Being self reliance and self sufficient is the solution to live a happy life, let us all embrace it to ensure surplus food.
