When we start exercising regularly, there is no doubt in our minds that the healthier the body is, the happier we become. A person who exercises regularly has an average of 10 times more free oxygen per minute than an extra weightlifting athlete. This shows why when athletes feel their bodies and their energy levels are at peak, a lot of them will do anything to achieve this. By doing so, they may be able to work out regularly and maintain their regular fitness. They will have a greater sense of accomplishment and the feeling is much sweeter than if they didn’t go for sports practice. We know that there are quite a few ways for people to increase their level and this is where sports come in.

There are various sports, which make individuals fit and well. Some of the most common sports are:

  • Football

Running plays, a very significant role in football. It helps build muscle strength and endurance, so the players can play over 80% of the ball on the pitch.

  • Cricket
Cricket is another popular game played by the majority of Indian population. The batsmen have to manage balls in air, run as fast as possible, and run low and slow without losing the ball, especially against bowler bowlers.

Tennis is also one of the most popular sports among Indians. Everyone loves the sound of the racket hitting the ground during the match. As mentioned above, football also has different kinds of rules and regulations on it to follow. Thus, having a good relationship with other people also makes your life more fulfilling. That too with a group of friends. Many children around are fascinated in these two games. People love watching children play and the only thing that keeps them going is fun. Similarly, football and basketball players enjoy interacting with each other and spending time together. With such sports, there is nothing like boring times. If you spend your entire day sitting on your desk reading at home, you wouldn’t even realize how busy you are on the playground or the court when you come back home! Playing and practicing sport makes sure people get enough to do and doesn’t leave them unsatisfied or tired! Also, doing sports makes your immune system stronger. Therefore, it decreases the chance of catching infection and you prevent yourself from infections and getting sick more often. It takes a person’s immune system longer time to recover. Since doing sports trains your heart for increased pumping rate, heart disease can be avoided. Lastly, to make sure that you remain active for a prolonged time, you have to set goals every week. It acts as motivation for you to do your exercises regularly and maintain a good fitness routine.

It may not seem to be good at first glance. I know that not everyone enjoys it and this is why I decided to write this post. What people don’t realize however is there are numerous advantages of putting on a pair of sneakers during the morning or running after lunch. Not to mention, many parents think it would be an easy way out. I’m here to tell you that not only are you helping your child develop into adulthood, you are also improving the overall development of your child. Your child develops an interest in studies and gets to discover the world around and learn how to use different tools. Having your child run around the house during breakfast hours doesn’t affect your job or income. Plus, working out is something that boosts the memory capacity. So, I’d argue that this activity isn’t a chore and not just something that makes the child sleep and lose focus.

Finally, there is a benefit of being involved in competitive sports like golf, tennis, etc. You never know what kind of talent you might have if you play golf every day or if you take up tennis lessons every week. These involve high-energy activities, thus, making someone a better human being and giving them a great sense of achievement. You can also choose to engage in school sports like basketball, music, science, engineering, etc. These are good activities. At least you probably already knew the concept by now, right? Now, let me share another piece of news with you. In addition, drinking water throughout the day can reduce fatigue and loss of breath and help boost your immunity. After sports, physical and mental stress decreases. The brain is made up of hundreds of neurons, which transmit signals in an extremely complex network. Which leads us to understand that we live in a highly multilayered environment. Our actions affect the environment greatly and in turn our daily.

The bottom line is that it’s just important to stay active throughout the day and you don’t need to be “exercising”. Even though it’s not pleasant, what you are doing is contributing to yourself and making yourself healthy. In order to achieve the same, you need to be active physically and emotionally. Being engaged in physical exercise can do wonders for both the body and mind. It makes you healthy physically and mentally, which makes one mentally strong and focused, which leads to efficient decision making. On the other hand, being engaged in sports can make one not only mentally strong but also socially active. Not only will you spend your evenings at the beach or at the club, but you can now spend quality time with your kids, or simply relax at home. If you are engaging in physical exercise regularly, you can effectively train your body, mind, and soul to become a better person, physically, and mentally.
