Adventure to the waterfall jantur

Tell you a little story about Jantur (Waterfall) that make we shake your head at the astonishment in for his. Sedikit bercerita tentang Jantur (Air Terjun) ini yang membuat kami geleng kepala keheranan di buat nya. Berawal dari hobi ngebolang dengan mengunjungi beberapa spot yang layak di Explorer kami sering mencari info beberapa referensi baik dari sosmed, teman dan juga warga kampung karena untuk di Kutai Barat sendiri masih banyak objek wisata yang belum terekspose dan belum di ketahui masyarakat luas.

Bermodal sedikit informasi kami berdua pun nekat menyusuri sungai melintasi bebatuan licin serta semak belukar (dramatis banget) namun tidak menemukan apa yang kami cari dan (seperti biasa) tersesat, akhirnya kami berbalik arah kembali ke titik awal hingga bertemu seorang bapak paruh baya yang sedang membersihkan rumput di ladang nya.

Setelah mengobrol dengan bapak tersebut ternyata kami salah informasi apa yang kami cari itu tidak ada padahal sekitar dua jam kami menyusuri sungai tadi (hitung-hitung olah raga ngos-ngosan) akhirnya bapak itu pun mengarahkan kami untuk ke spot Jantur yang jaraknya tidak jauh dari situ. Benar saja sekitar 10 menit kami pun sudah sampai di spot tersebut yang sebelumnya tidak pernah kami dengar atau tahu padahal jarak nya sangat dekat dengan jalan poros yang sering di lewati.

Kami menyebutnya Jantur Mencangkaw Ulu karena di aliri sungai Mencangkaw dan tidak jauh di hilir Jantur ini terdapat Jantur Mencangkaw pula yang lebih di kenal dan lebih tinggi. Masih banyak spot Jantur lainnya di Kampung Melapeh Baru ini yang belum di ekspose dan akan kami kunjungi di lain waktu.
