PAPA-PEPPER TAKES US TO THE "WATER PARK"
Just because the park is flooded doesn't mean that it is off-limits!
We went to a local park near a lake today only to find out that the park was now in the lake... Fortunately, that did not have to stop us from having fun.
It was a bit of a swim to get all the way out to the playground, but we made it!
The swings were fun too, but it was difficult to do an under-duck!
It was also nice to be able to go for a swim, since it was such a hot day. Yes, we have a lot of work to do, but swimming and going to the water park was a great idea, so we had to take advantage of it!
Have any of you ever went to a flooded park? Did you get to play it even though it was underwater? This was our first time, but it was a lot of fun!
It was 92 degress here today! I could have used this waterpark to cool off.
Great fun, little peppers!😃
It really was!
Haha that is awesome!! Now this is something I can still do in Miami
....just a slightly different version of water sports here 😂😂
Lol! Glad you liked it.
it is more of a lake than flooded park.
AWESOME!! I love this idea, this post and the little-peppers!!
What a great way to turn a potential disappointment into an enjoyable unique shared experience!
That's sooooooo cool!!!
We would never have been allowed to play in a flooded park.
Mainly because my dad can't swim, so if we got into trouble he wouldn't be able to come and rescue us.
Well, at least he had a good reason!
This is the same guy who, in his youth, worked on sea planes as they bounced across Changi Harbour, Singapore with no life jacket on!!
Go figure hehehe
wow! who would know that you need to be able to swim to enjoy a park? LOL
Great fun, little peppers!!
It was some crazy fun!
like pepper crazy!? oh, man, then it is CccccccRrrrrrAZY!! :D
looks like fun, especially considering how hot it's been here in kansas city. i can see everyone had a great time by the giant smiles - yeah @papa-pepper
Great to see another Arkansan on here (though I'm in CA now). I've been to flooded parks in Little Rock, but you have good odds of sewer overflows happening at the same time, so...
