River Rafting at it's best. (Travelogue)

I live in the capital city of India, New Delhi. One day my friends came from Bengaluru and had made a small Road trip from Delhi to Haridwar and Rishikesh. Haridwar is a town in Uttrakhand which is famous for its divine nature and Rishikesh is a town famous for river rafting, night camping, cliff jumping and many other water sports.

Taking pictures and video shooting on the raft was not possible due to obvious reasons but we managed to take a photo or two while on the raft and at a point where we stopped in between. It is a 20 km river rafting starting from the highest point.
It was really adventurous as at one point a rapid came where one of my friend fall off the raft but somehow we managed to pull him on again.

We headed towards the beginning point of our river rafting.

Exactly at 10 km we stopped for 15 mins where we saw some vendors selling noodles and tea, We all enjoyed our noodles and I must say that we were very hungry after that 10 km stretch at once.

After the break we again rafted for another 10 kms and finally we reached the finishing line, It took around 3-4 hrs to complete the whole 20 kms.

We enjoyed a lot and did a lot of other stuffs too but river rafting was the best experience.

We are again planning a trip to Rishikesh with the same group :)
