Hey Steemit, It's been awhile.

I have a bit of venting to do and could use your support. I have been working for a startup for about 5 years now (officially launched less than 1 year) and it seems that we have reached a point where we have run out of money. This is not a post about how I need money.. what I do need is motivation. I am not sure who to vent to so I am turning to you. Our CEO has failed to pull together the proper funds to keep the project going and so we have our hours fully cut, or we work for free until the funds are pulled together. There isnt much I can do with my position to bring in funds so I'm sitting on the sidelines not knowing if I should start looking for another job, or if I should stick it out. I fundamentally believe in the project and know deep within me that if we get funding, our project will 100% make a positive difference in this world, it's just a matter if we get funding or not.
The reason I am stalling on getting a new job is that I dont want to commit to another project and then we get funding and not be able to go back. I am 100% dedicated to the project but I cant afford to not get paid. I have been trading crypto (small time) and building a side company selling crypto related apparel, but it is not enough to get me by..

What would you do steemit? would you find another job or stick it out?
