After losing my job in 2018 while recovering from a stroke I thought I'd pursue my passion for writing as it looked like my investments would keep me financially secure
Disaster strikes
Just when the pandemic struck, and the markets were in freefall my investment platform screwed up, costing me $tens of thousands.

Then it got worse.
1/ Putin's invasion of Ukraine caused a further crash.
2/ The resulting inflation further spooked markets.
3/ some of my biggest shareholdings suffered major problems.
Meaning my investments are worth a fraction of what they were and I'm really struggling financially.
looking For A Solution
I've dabbled with affiliate marketing before without any real commitment, or success as a result, but now I've found a programme I believe can help me turn things around and help me achieve success and earn a good income
Inspired by that I've started a 30 day challenge to earn $100 a day with affiliate marketing.
I originally wanted to start in mid-September, but that kept getting delayed, so I COMMITTED to starting on Friday 13th October.
the end of the week in the middle of the month seems a daft time to start, but I had to make a firm decision and commit to starting come Hell or High-Water!
And they did. In big floods.
but I got over the tech issues and started on the 13th, although things haven't gone smoothly since then, partly due to my own ineptitude.
Midway Through And Little To Show For It
No body added to my email list & not a cent earned, but am I disappointed or down-hearted?
Not in the slightest. After all I've got no choice but to earn the money Or be destitute, with all my dreams in tatters; but succeeding with this opens many doors to move on to better things, so I'm fully committed.
What am I doing to earn the money?
The training says we can get a lot of traffic, & email subscribers from TikTok & Instagram and gives great training on how to create and post videos.
I've had multiple tech issues with many videos not even recording my voice, terrible lighting due to harsh sunlight, and uploading what I did salvage.
Thumbnails have been another bugbear, but I fashioned a bit of a workaround.
I've ordered 500 A.I. generated avatar videos to try getting engagement & followers if I can overcome the tech Gremlins and schedule posting them on a regular basis.
I've got lots of content for Pinterest, have posts scheduled till this coming Tuesday, and will schedule more on Monday, and find existing content I've got to post on TikTok, & record updates then make sure I get into a regular schedule.
