Why crypto-currencies (Bitcoin) are little used in Africa while their use would be advantageous?

Here are the reasons that seem to me to be obstacles to the adoption of bitcoin or other crypto-currencies in Africa:

*Access to electricity: Again, the continent is still lagging behind and largely. To get an idea, the power consumption of all sub-Saharan Africa is almost equal to that of France (which has a much lower population). Electricity is just the raw material of Bitcoin. In a country where power outages are planned in the daily schedules of populations, it is surreal to think that they could be interested in the mining of Bitcoin. They would be condemned to "consume" only (buy / resell) the cryptocurrency, never to produce, which would be an inequality compared to the rest of the world. And I wonder if it would be interesting, as the bitcoin is high: at the time I write 1 BTC = 8 661.99 euros = 8 992 498.49 Rwandan francs.

*Access to the Internet: Today Africa is still the continent least penetrated by the Internet. Only 30% of the population has access, and again, this access is very unequally distributed. But Bitcoin is a currency of the Internet, it relies fundamentally on the Internet and draws all its value (universality of the currency, adoption, number of users / minors, transactions, etc.).

So, in the context of Africa, people have very little confidence in banking services, which is already a brake on the acquisition of Bitcoin, although there are other ways of 'get some.

Moreover, virtual currencies have been very little exposed in Africa, apart from a few youtubeurs and African technophiles nobody uses bitcoin.

It is an advantageous solution, but it remains expensive. Indeed, having a debit card that I can supply bitcoin, since the card uses the dollar as a currency, you always find yourself with transaction fees that are high and therefore less interesting.
