Kenneth Kaunda of Zambia Shall Be Free fame Takes to the Floor @ His 95th Birthday
Yesterday, it was Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, two time president of Nigeria and one of the most prominent African 'big men' that this platform reported his appearance decked in a three-piece suit at a function somewhere in Geneva. Today, it is Dr. Kenneth Kaunda, former president of Zambia who @ 95, took to the dancing floor as celebrants sang a moving song.
Everything suggested a fulfilled man with every confidence that he did not betray his people and Africa. Even his novel which the West African Examination Council, (WAEC) graciously made a compulsory text in the Literature curriculum in West Africa is enough to make a man happy in his evening.
