RE: The future is an agonistic blockchain, no name, no brand, no ego, just a chain to remix.

That is a really interesting idea and one that I thought was implicit in the idea of blockchain - that it is, literally, an infrastructure that allows you to do other things, like roads or water pipes do, and use or build what you want on top of it. I guess there is still the problem of branding in the things that are built on top (market share and all that palaver) but that's from an old, scarcity, mindset. If you move to an abundance mindset, then there is room for everyone and every niche and set of ideas or sctivities. The branding element is another way to keep us separate and distracted.

boom. nailed it. i just did a long winded post about it instead! but yes. that.

(edit) and yes, we assumed it was implicit but then the humans come with their whole road map of fuckery and point scoring elitism. not just blockchain, in everything. so, i guess it's about really digging deep into what humble means now in 2020 and beyond.. .

less. ... having or showing a modest or low estimate of one's importance.

of low social, administrative, or political rank.. .. ;)

It comes from fear, doesn't it? (I'm partly asking myself here). The fear that in some way you (one) won't have enough to live, eat, be happy ... and other questions like - what is enough? what is happy?

But good to reminded of these fundamentals - that none of that nonsense is necessary, it's convenient for whomever has power to keep us separated and fighting over an illusion. I see it a lot at work and it is very tiring to have around you.

fear of not having the capacity to forge your own path often, fear of rejection and being a black sheep and yet we were born alone and probably will die alone too. yet for some reason the bit in the middle we want some kind of measure or equation behest upon us -- it's all rather average.

even power can be humbling in the end ;)

i say take back what truly makes you shine bright.
