We, at Alexandria's Library, have successfully started curating outstanding posts. This week we have 14 English posts and 8 Spanish posts to show you. The English posts cover Literature and History mostly this week, but you can find a little bit of Philosophy in our ''More Than A Story'' and "Philosophy" segments. The Spanish posts are revolving more around Sciences this week. So, the English publications are listed below and we strongly encourage you to check them out, they are golden in their own right. They are created by writers that we can learn a thing or two from.

Set in a dystopian future, the story centers around June, a slave to the Fat Man. Right from the beginning, you pick up that the young woman loathes the man but that is not all the story is. It captures you in a different way. It offers something unique and, through the future you are thrown in, you learn more about June. You find out more about the ship she lives on and her past is sketched to you. Exquisitely Written and executed to capture the reader, this is a must to read! Head over there and enjoy the story!

For those literature lovers that like thought-provoking material, you are presented with an innovative work that is so much more than just a simple story. Turned into a podcast, you can not only read the publication but also listen to it. Feel the authors emotions and embrace the fight against human nature in this psychological story. Let @dirge take you on a journey through cults, deaths, slaves, screams, and the flaws that can so easily be found in human. Should we embrace them? Ignore them? Set in our own simple everyday world, this story is anything but mundane. The literature work centers around Derek, a famous sportsman, that has recently lost his wife, and Emma, a store manager that puts her work above anything else. What interesting things happen in a place that we all visit so often? In a supermarket, between the isles of frozen goods and crunchy cereal, will love be born or embarrassment found?

The Baited Breath Of Beasts (A Short Horror Story - Part 2)
Two nameless characters are trapped in a forgotten land, a world that seems as if it was left and stripped of the protection of any superior entity. They both strive to survive, forcing themselves to face their own fears in a violent and frightening environment. @calluna's written word perfectly covers the story and her descriptions throw you into the immersive and complex universe she has created for her short horror story. A grandfather tells his grandsons about what seems to be a sort of holocaust that occurred in the World War III. How he found himself being involved in a catastrophe along with his dearest friend, a well-known scientist that would be called Dr. Mad after having perpetrated such hecatomb. Under this dark event, the plot is developed. @alito942010 has written such an amazing sci-fi story, with good plot-twists and hooks that you may find as breathtaking as we did.

Earth's Revenge
Dystopia reigns on Earth and this one seems to be so bloodthirsty. It is furious with what humans have done to it, how they have wronged it so it becomes their most merciless and vengeful nemesis. This, an excellent sci-fi story, narrated in the first person perspective is a story in which the main protagonist finds herself facing a desolated Earth. This is what I would call an amazing survival horror/sci-fi story. @cheekah’s outstanding writing skills caught all my attention while reading her written lines.

A concise post that formulates interesting questions, this is such an amazing and thoughtful publication. Written by the philosopher @nobyeni, it makes you wonder about that thin line between goals and age. That pronounced contrast that makes you reconsider what is valuable and what is not; are you satisfied with every little thing you have accomplished in your life? Did you actually prepare yourself for the life you were always longing for? Did you really get where you always wanted to be? @nobyeni has cited some advice from two conspicuous authors, Connie Palmen and Ezra Pound. According to her, both these authors seem to agree on something similar, Palmen's words asserting that early life is just a prelude to what is to come, and Pound's ambition to discover and learn as much as possible.
