Ma Yun: why I only hold 8.9% of the shares, the Alibaba is what I said!

in #alibaba7 years ago

To mention Ma Yun, the first thing we can think of is Alibaba. Many people think Ma Yun is the largest shareholder of Alibaba. In fact, the largest shareholder of Alibaba is Sun Zhengyi, Japan's Softbank.43360002c3b61749ef93.jpg
Many people have doubts about the name "Sun Zhengyi": look like a Chinese, but why is it a Japanese? This is because the Sun Zhengyi family is Chinese! Sun Zhengyi's ancestral origin was Putian in Fujian. His ancestors migrated from China to Korea first, to the generation of Sun Zhengyi's grandfather and to Kyushu, Japan. Sun Zhengyi was actually a Japanese name, called "Amoto Jungyi", but he didn't like this family name. He insisted that he was the descendant of the famous French strategist in the spring and Autumn period, so he insisted on surname "sun".433400044bfb7490975d.jpg
When carries the dream of middle-aged entrepreneur Ma Yun also because of not being understood everywhere and eat cold-shoulder treatment. Japan's Softbank group is very forward-looking and invested in Alibaba in 03 years, which also made Sun Zhengyi's social value rise 1000 times because of the growth of Ali, and almost become the world's richest man.4337000241e43534aa22.jpg

Although Softbank shares 34.4%, Ma Yun only holds 8.9%, but in Ali is really Ma Yun said, why? In fact, this thanks to Ma's partner system, the partner system is: the company refers to two or more than two partners with companies or share the profits of the enterprise, as the company owner partner or shareholder, that is to say the business partners have joint responsibility for loss of business, this system can make the Ma Ali said, Ali before listing is the Alipay business stripped out, divided into the ant's payment service, after also looking forward to the future of the ant payment service and can repurchase shares of Ali, have to say that Ma Yunzhen is far sighted!

Well Softbank really did help get Alibaba off the ground! It would be interesting to know where Alibaba would be if Softbank did not extend funding to Jack Ma.
